Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Reactor N ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OPENAGENT ("we," "us," "our").
2. Description of Service
Reactor N is a nuclear energy operations management platform that provides:
- NRC regulatory compliance monitoring and alerts
- Reactor fleet monitoring with real-time NRC data
- Energy marketplace for power purchase agreement (PPA) discovery
- AI-powered compliance analysis and copilot
- EIA wholesale energy market data
- Demand forecasting and analytics
- Document analysis and report generation
- Contract request management
3. Disclaimer — Not a Regulatory Tool
IMPORTANT: Reactor N is an informational and productivity tool. It is NOT a certified NRC compliance system and should NOT be used as the sole basis for regulatory compliance decisions.
- Data from the NRC, EIA, and Federal Register is sourced from public APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
- AI-generated analysis and recommendations are advisory only and may contain inaccuracies
- Compliance reports generated by the App are for internal planning purposes and are not NRC-accepted submissions
- Users are responsible for verifying all regulatory information through official NRC channels
We disclaim all liability for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
4. Subscription Tiers
Free Tier: Limited NRC alerts, basic reactor status, 3 AI queries per day.
Pro ($49.99/month): Full NRC compliance tracking, 50 AI queries/day, document analysis, EIA market data, marketplace access, contract requests, PDF compliance reports, and real-time alerts.
Team ($149.99/month, up to 10 members): Everything in Pro plus report generation, fleet monitoring, contract management, team sharing, admin dashboard, and multi-user access.
Enterprise (Custom pricing): Unlimited seats, multi-site dashboards, API access, SSO, audit trails, dedicated support. Contact sales@reactorn.com.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. Account & Authentication
Reactor N uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You must not share your account access or API keys with unauthorized parties.
Team administrators are responsible for managing team member access and ensuring appropriate role assignments.
6. API Access
Team and Enterprise subscribers may access Reactor N data through API keys. API access is subject to rate limiting and fair use policies. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.
We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or that generate excessive traffic.
7. Energy Marketplace
The Reactor N marketplace facilitates connections between energy buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any power purchase agreement or energy contract negotiated through the platform.
- Contract requests are informational expressions of interest, not binding offers
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information provided by sellers
- We do not guarantee that sellers will respond to contract requests
- Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on counterparties
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App through automated means beyond the API
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the nature of your use
- Share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by OPENAGENT and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
Data you input (facility information, documents, reports) remains your property. We claim no ownership over your content.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENAGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Regulatory non-compliance resulting from reliance on App data
- Financial losses from energy market decisions based on App analytics
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or downtime
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by signing out and deleting the App.
Upon termination, your locally stored data will be deleted with the App. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through Apple's subscription management.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
