1. Information We Collect

Reactor N collects the following information to provide our nuclear operations management platform:

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID, name, and email address (if you choose to share it). We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

Facility Data: Reactor facility information you manually enter, including facility names, locations, capacity data, and operational parameters. This data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Usage Data: AI copilot queries, document analysis requests, and contract request submissions. This data is used to enforce usage quotas and improve service quality.

Energy Market Data: We fetch publicly available data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). No personal data is sent to these agencies.

Email Address: Collected during onboarding (optional) for contract request notifications and regulatory alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Authenticate your identity via Sign in with Apple
  • Provide NRC compliance tracking and regulatory alerts
  • Process energy contract requests between buyers and sellers
  • Deliver AI-powered compliance analysis
  • Generate compliance reports
  • Display real-time reactor fleet monitoring data
  • Manage team access and permissions (Team/Enterprise tiers)
  • Enforce subscription tier usage limits

3. Data Storage & Security

Local Storage: All facility data, user profiles, contract requests, and compliance documents are stored locally on your device using Apple's encrypted SwiftData framework. We do not operate external databases for user content.

No Third-Party Analytics: Reactor N does not use third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising networks. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.

API Communications: Data transmitted to EIA, NRC, and Federal Register APIs uses HTTPS encryption. Only publicly available energy and regulatory data is fetched — no personal information is sent.

Sign in with Apple: Authentication is handled entirely by Apple's secure infrastructure. We never see or store your Apple ID password.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is shared only in these limited circumstances:

  • Contract Requests: When you submit a contract request, your email and request details are shared with the energy seller you selected.
  • Team Features: Team members within your organization can view shared fleet data and reports.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Third-Party Services

Reactor N integrates with the following third-party services for core functionality:

  • NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission): Reactor power status, regulatory alerts, information notices, and bulletins sourced from nrc.gov public feeds.
  • EIA (Energy Information Administration): Wholesale electricity prices, nuclear generation data, and retail energy prices from api.eia.gov.
  • Federal Register: NRC regulatory documents and proposed rules.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): AI copilot queries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Your queries are sent securely via HTTPS. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

This data is provided for informational purposes only. Reactor N is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the NRC, EIA, Anthropic, or any government agency. Do not use this app as the sole basis for regulatory compliance decisions.

6. Children's Privacy

Reactor N is designed for nuclear industry professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Delete your account: Sign out and delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
  • Revoke API keys: Manage or revoke API access from Settings.
  • Export your data: Contact us to request a copy of any data we process.
  • Opt out of emails: Unsubscribe from any communications at any time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
